For those of you that regularly come to the Fisher's website, you are familiar that some of our team members, particularly our CEO, like to blog and do a pretty good job at it. I've never done it. So, as I commence my blogging journey, the first question is, "What is my topic?" A number of thoughts entered my mind, but, I settled on "Why Blog?" What would blogging, by me, accomplish? Being a fairly optimistic guy, I decided not to recite all the reasons why I shouldn't blog and there are many, but, rather, give some serious thought as to WHY I SHOULD BLOG.
After nearly 40 years slugging it out in the business world – all of it in the Treasure Valley, I do have a few observations and opinions that 1) will make me feel good to write them down and 2) might be of interest to a blog surfer. So…..periodically, I will use this forum as a “journal” to capture a thought that passes through this 64 ½ year old mind. I’ve heard that journaling is therapeutic, so, if nothing else, maybe I’ll feel better, hence, I have now answered the question: WHY I SHOULD BLOG?
