Proper power and plug configurations are essential for your MFP/MFD

Specific plug and power configurations are required  to ensure proper operation of your MFP.

Through experience, it has been determined that less than 0.5 volts AC (with no load) should be measured between ground and neutral. If absolute zero is measured, it may be an indication that the ground is not connected or that some other problem may exist within the outlet.
