The more the merrier, except when collecting meter readings for all your MFP's and MFD's on the last day of the month. With growth, added features and reliability of this software segment: there are many advantages available to organizations of all sizes. Most of these applications operate with a locally installed agent or provide a web link to collect the device data. They can collect data from network enabled or USB/parallel connected MFP’s and MFD’s. The most common reporting is; Meter readings at set time intervals, consumable usage reports and equipment status alerts. These are reported back to your supporting dealer and may also be routed to key operators within the client environment. A couple of our preferred EMC providers are Print Tracker and FMAudit.
