Hot Shots, a delivery service in our area, recently sent the following letter to Fisher's:

"Dear Mr. Taylor,

Your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service possible is so true, as we experienced when purchasing a DR-2050C scanner from you. 

Our delivery business requires us to scan receipts to some customers on a daily basis.  This process was taking over two hours.  Now scanning and emailing combined take less than 10 minutes. 

The sales representative must have heard the frustration in my voice.  Within five minutes, she had called me back and ordered the scanner.  Everything was installed when I picked it up so all we had to do was plug it in.
