As of April 1, 2008, Fisher's entered into an agreement to market and sell a new line of Electronic Document Management Software. The product that we selected is well known in a number of industries. That product is Laserfiche.

In the world of EDM, we strive to bring to the table solutions that are easy and intuitive to use, powerful in their capability to streamline processes such as workflow, and cost effective to implement. After an in depth search, we concluded that Laserfiche was the next product that we wanted to carry to complement our other robust offerings including Docuware, E-Copy, and ABBYY.
Laserfiche’s intuitive user interface and extremely powerful workflow capabilities made this an obvious choice. Designed on Microsoft’s user interface, Laserfiche looks and feels exactly like what people are used to using. However, they are adding the functionality and security of a DoD (Department of Defense) certified Document Management System.
While suitable for any industry, Laserfiche has focused on specific verticals, and has tailored solutions for Healthcare, Finance, and Government (Federal, State and Municipal) applications. This focus has led to a commanding dominance in these markets.
