He also supports the National Account customers on behalf of Canon, Lanier, and Kyocera in the territory, as well as several of Fisher's Major Market accounts. Tom has a proven track record for success in creating long-term business relationship with customers. Through a combination of 30 years outside sales experience in the copier, computer, and Internet industries, he has a wealth of product knowledge and a unique ability to develop applications that allow customers to implement new technology, improve business processes, and reduce costs. "Customer satisfaction" is Tom's passion! He will do whatever it takes and go the extra mile to keep a customer happy. In his spare time, Tom enjoys backpacking, racquetball, golf, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, boating, and playing bass guitar in addition to all of kinds of father/daughter activities.
